Asharqia Board Members Conference with Businesswomen on Monday
Asharqia Chamber is organizing on Monday (15 / March 2010, corresponding to 29/3/1431) an open conference combines the Chamber Board Members , Mrs. Samira AlSuwaigh and Hana AlZuhair with businesswomen in the region, in which they will review the role of the Chamber in support of women entrepreneurs in the region.
Asharqia Chairman, Mr.Abdulrahman Bin Rashid Al-Rashid explained that the purpose of this open conference is to hear directly to the aspirations and vision of businesswomen in the region, within the framework of constant communication between the Chamber and its members.
He pointed out that the chamber through this conference with the Board Members wants to identify the main difficulties experienced by businesswomen, as well as the main obstacles to the participation of Saudi women in economic activity in general.
AlRashid confirmed that the chamber is keen to support and care for women's economic activity, as this activity is undergoing significant developments, by promising more attractive for investment, manpower, local communities, and launch comes at the Center for Business Women, Young Women's Business Council, and the events that took place during the last period to emphasize the importance of this slide in reflecting the objectives of the Board Directors, adding that "we have seen significant results of these steps, notably the emergence of a generation of businesswomen carrying the aspirations of the room to the reality better."
AlRashid mentioned that the arrival of two businesswomen to the membership of the Board Directors is a quantum leap in activity and service joint venture and returning ownership to the ladies, it is the women and so are the aspirations within the Board holds, which in turn will bear the additional responsibility within the framework of activities to raise the level of the private sector and support for more projects and activities, he expressed his hope that the result of this open conference on the results and recommendations contributes to the development of women's economic activity.
